"Bravely" established in January 2008, GFC time!

Initially run from a home office in Stirling, the business has grown steadily over 5 years with the constant support of a loyal and very satisfied network of industry practitioners and an ever increasing client base, resulting from "word of mouth" recommendations and repeat business.

STRUCTURE:

Currently operating with a "hands on" Principal/Licensee (Zhanna), her 2 daughters, Senior Conveyancer (Viktoriya) and Personal Assistant(Gabriela). Between them they manage to cope with a significant volume of settlements each year due to their diligent attitude and commitment to maintaining and growing a successful family business.

BUSINESS OUTLOOK:

Having moved to new premises in Osborne Park late 2012 , the business now has the opportunity to operate in a more spacious environment and is better positioned to cope with growth and business expansion.

The long term goal however, will be to keep the business to a size where the current values of personalised service, incorporating customer care and satisfaction will remain paramount and will not be lost, as is unfortunately the case with so many much larger businesses.
